A beautiful Naples gem located just minutes from 5th ave beaches and shopping/food. Escape to the breathtaking scenery of downtown Naples. Villa Palma's best features include a tropical-style outdoor area with a heated pool. Ample space for entertaining, outdoor cooking, and an open floor-plan with an impressive spacious outdoor and indoor lounge area.

Gorgeous outdoor heated pool with 4 lounge chairs, an abundance of outdoor seating and a fire pit. Our outdoor TV, fire pit, and drink cooler makes sure you stay entertained. Enjoy dinner inside or outside at one of our dining areas. The greenery around the border of the Villa provides a feeling of seclusion. Hanging lights in the pool area and pool floaties provide the ultimate getaway vibe.

2,000 sqft including 4 bedrooms with a den, and 2 full baths. A sizable open living room flowing into a completely equipped kitchen. The dining room offers a 10 seat dining experience with 4 additional seats at the counter as well as an outdoor dining area. Please note there’s also additional chairs in the garage for your use. A bar cart is also provided for your entertainment needs.

Each bathroom was designed to comfortably accommodate guests with private bath/showers: every bathroom amenity you could need from shaving cream to a bidet.

Enjoy a master bedroom with ample privacy including an en-suite bathroom, a king sized bed, and a walk in closet.

Our queen bedroom features a roomy closet, 2 nightstands each with 2 built in USB and traditional outlets. Each nightstand features a touch to turn on lamp with no strings or buttons for ultimate convenience.

Our twin bedroom features 2 twin beds, two nightstands with lamp lighting and a roomy closet for 2.

The kids room comes equipped with 2 full size beds, 2 twin sized beds and a twin sized fold up bed frame. A kids table and chairs in this room is perfect for the collection of games we have available.

The bedroom arrangements are perfect for families, business travelers, groups of friends and anyone travelling through Naples.

The Villa features a laundry room, children’s games, workout equipment, pool games, towels, sunscreen, 3 scooters, plenty of closets and storage, and anything else you might need for the perfect Naples getaway.

 Other things to note:

Bugs & critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make sure your stay is perfect.

Guests will maintain access to the entire Villa and all of its amenities while booked.

Garage doors are decorative (garage was removed to put in basement). Free driveway parking can easily fit 3-4 cars.

There are security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only (on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas). These remain running at all times and solely to be used for security purposes to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. We’re always looking for our guest’s safety!

We equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. Doesn’t record conversations, simply decibel/noise levels.
