Outdoor Char-Broil BBQ and endless outdoor dining areas including 2 hammocks, several couches, coffee tables, and 2 large covered dining tables. The greenery around the border of the Villa provides a feeling of seclusion, yet blends in perfectly with the overall flow of the backyard. Hanging lights in the backyard and pool floaties provide the ultimate getaway experience.

Over 2500 sqft and 3 stories including 4 bedrooms with a den, and 3 full baths. A sizable open living room flowing into the well equipped chef's kitchen designed for entertaining. The dining room offers a 10 seat dining experience. A master suite with ample privacy including an en-suite bathroom. Each suite was designed to comfortably accommodate guests with private baths with waterfall shower heads, smart TV’s in every room, and two double bed bedrooms for kids. The bedroom arrangements are perfect for families, business travelers, and groups of friends seeking extra privacy amid the city’s myriad delights.

The Villa features a laundry room, children’s games, workout equipment, pool games, towels, sunscreen, plenty of closets and storage, and anything else you might need for the perfect Oasis getaway.

 Other things to note:

Bugs & critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make sure your stay is perfect.

Guests will maintain access to the entire Villa and all of its amenities while booked.

Garage doors are decorative (garage was removed to put in basement). Free driveway parking can easily fit 3-4 cars.

There are security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only (on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas). These remain running at all times and solely to be used for security purposes to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. We’re always looking for our guest’s safety!

We equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. Doesn’t record conversations, simply decibel/noise levels.
